At Perfect Pane Windows, every rolling shutter is built just for you — made to order, shipped directly from the factory, and tailored to your exact measurements and specifications.

All shutters purchased through our online store are custom-made for each customer. Because every order is uniquely manufactured to your specifications, all sales on custom shutters are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted once production has begun.

To help ensure accuracy, we encourage you to double-check your measurements before placing your order. Our team is happy to assist with measuring guidance prior to purchase.
Perfect Pane Windows is not responsible for measurement errors or incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

We also offer a full line of commercial door and rolling shutter parts to support your maintenance and repair needs.

• Commercial Door Parts:
  Certain standard parts may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us for return authorization before sending any items back.
   
• Rolling Shutter Parts:
  Due to their specialized nature, rolling shutter parts and accessories are non-returnable once shipped.
   

At Perfect Pane Windows, your order is custom-built and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner, Pentagon Rolling Shutters. We act as your authorized dealer and order coordinator, ensuring your shutters arrive safely and exactly as ordered.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage or missing items:

• Note all damages or shortages on the freight bill (BOL) before signing.
   
• If the crate or packaging shows damage, sign “Received with Damage” and accept the shipment.
   
• Take clear photos of the damaged area(s) and contact Perfect Pane Windows immediately so we can begin assisting with a replacement.
   

Our team will work directly with Pentagon Rolling Shutters and the freight carrier to process the claim and replace any damaged components as quickly as possible.

Please do not refuse the shipment, as this will delay the replacement process. Replacements cannot begin until the carrier returns the original shipment to the factory.
